Inspection Summary:
A review of the facility's 2018 Annual Report has been conducted and documentation in the 2018 Annual Report appears
complete and accurate. The date presented is supported by the included lab reports. Pathogen and Vector attraction
reduction was demostrated using proper methods.
During all the 2018 GW sampling events the 2L Std. for chromium was exceeded at MW10. Chromium has been
sporadically detected across the facility at elevated concentrations for several years. While it is not apparent if this is
related to the land application activities, WaRO issued a letter to CMSD on 4/24/19 requesting that they comply with the
requiremrents of the NORR, issued on 3/28/11, and perform and evalutaion of the groundwater conditions at the facility to try
make a determination of the potential sources of the groundwater std. exceedances.
Based on the description of the residual land application operations reported in the 2018 Annual Report, WaRO considers
the facility compliant with Permit # WQ0001048.
