I would appreciate if you can please call me after reviewing the attached items. • Sht2.0-ExistOverall- this survey was provided to us when were first contacted in Oct 2016. It shows the existing soil/farm paths that we were able to use traversing the site. The proposed sewer line crossing of the main (perennial) stream is being placed at the pathway crossing. The entrance road between the high power line & main stream is also being placed where the pathway crosses that north tributary. • Stream form with map location • Photos • Revised 9-30-19 PCN Thanks for your help. You need to submit the results of the NCSAM form as well. Until the results have been submitted, I am unable to determine if mitigation will be required. Please fill out the attached, Once it is filled out in excel it will give you the rating. 2. You state that proposed sewer line corridors will not be maintained. I have never seen a sewer line corridor that is not maintained. Typically sewer line corridors are mowed and do not remain forested in perpetuity during initial construction or during long term maintenance/mowing by the municipality or other governing agency. This helps to prevent tree roots from causing issues with the sewer line as well as for access and maintenance purposes. Please submit further information from the municipality or other governing agency stating that the sewer corridors will not be clear during initial construction and will not be maintained as you have stated. Your application is still considered incomplete until the above items have been addressed.
