Pursuant to your request dated August 20, 2019, proposed impacts to 3,130 linear feet of stream channel and 0.006 acre
of wetlands for construction of a stream restoration project is approved. Due to increased workload and staff shortages,
no written authorization (other than this email) will be provided. The work is authorized in accordance with the attached
Nationwide Permit #27 and its associated conditions which is set to expire March 18, 2022. Please contact me with any
