Morning all,
Sam bell from Stroud has supplied the above revisions and justification for the Michael Richter application. In summary
he has provided a cost estimate for a bridge versus fill and has a revised workplan where the fill has been reduced from
the original 609ft2 to 423ft2.

Afternoon Gregg,
Please see attached cost estimate and site plan -Rev 2 that address the comments and concerns that arose form the
initial application. To summarize the plan updates; the pipe was upsized to a traffic rated 12" corrugated pvc pipe and
the wetland fill area was reduced by roughly 25%. Please let me know if you have any questions.
