On 10/3/2019, the CC's of e-mails sent out to permittees with Certificates of Coverage
were not received by DEMLR Staff. The Laserfiche steps all completed properly, and the
COCs were immediately accessible in our Document Repository, but these email records
could not be saved to the Permit COC file. Instead, a record of the successful task
completion is shown below for this permit:
