Hi Ron,
DocuSign Envelope ID: E9D6FC59-875F-4668-B32C-299A282EE8CC
I am beginning the renewal for NCO089052 / Zooland Family Campground in Randolph County.
Please let me know if you know of any issues with this permit.
Also I'm hoping to get some clarification on what equipment is currently in place. In the application,
the permittee states that the wrong equipment is listed in current version of the permit, and says
"[enclosed description] is correct, and reflects the system that was approved under the
Authorization to Construct." The inspection report from February says that no construction had yet
taken place, and we have not received any updates from them.
Can you advise on what needs to be done to the current system description? I will attach the permit
and application to this email.

Hi Jenny,
To follow up on our phone conversation — I found the ATC and engineer's certification (from Aug
2011) which lists the changes to the facility described in the permit renewal application. They are
still operating at .006 MGD and have not yet upgraded to 0.017 MGD, but made changes to the
system components. For some reason, the permit was never modified and the last renewal didn't
catch the changes. Let me know if you have any other concerns about this permit. I'll send you the
draft when it is finished.
Thanks,
