vicinity of the project at the time of this application: *
The stream has eroded the shoreline until the stream bed is approximately
twice its normal width. On one side of the stream is a residence with a
drive lane leading to the house and a lawn and garden area. The other side
of the stream is lower lying area with trees and natural vegetation and
briers.
