Yes or No If no, please explain: Description of existing facilities: 5,000 gallons per day wastewater treatment and spray irrigation system consisting of: an influent pump station with dual 60 gpm pumps; a 247,000 gallon synthetically lined primary stabilization lagoon; a 78,000 gallon synthetically lined polishing and storage lagoon; a tablet chlorinator; dual 120 gpm irrigation pumps with flow measuring and recording equipment; a rain sensor; two 0.5 acre and one 0.75 acre spray irrigation fields; and all associated piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.
