KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation holds the above-referenced environmental permits (the "Permits"). To facilitate our integration and marketing efforts and streamline administrative processes, WestRock plans to convert KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation from a corporation to a limited liability company("LLC"). Also,the name of this entity will be changed to WestRock Kraft Paper, LLC. The conversion to an LLC and accompanying name change will become effective on or about September 30, 2019. The upcoming transactions will not have any direct, immediate impact on the permitted facility from an environmental standpoint. No modification of the manufacturing process at the facility will occur in connection with the name change, nor will any alteration in the nature, rate or quantity of any environmental discharges from the facility take place.
