Your assistance during the inspection was greatly appreciated. The checked boxes below show what conditions were noted at your facility: ® In compliance: You are reminded to regularly maintain the UV disinfection system, have the effluent sampled once a year, and have the septic tank pumped out every 3 to 5 years. There is a lift pump and tank to send the effluent to the front road storm ditch. The outfall is riprapped and has a vermin grate. It was installed in 2014 to replace a failing sand filter. Bryan Albrecht assisted during the inspection and had tools to open all covers. AWT maintains 2xlyear. They cleaned the effluent filter and sampled on 811212019.The BOD, TSS, and fecal values were well within limits, although ammonia (no limit) was high. The septic tank was not opened during the inspection due to recent maintenance. The pod cloth filters seemed to be uniformly covered and the sprayers worked. The high water alarms worked by pulling the float trees and waiting a while. The UV ammeter in the panel showed 0.41 amps after resetting the breaker. However a clamp -on ammeter showed 0.07 amps before and after the reset. The bulb had been replaced by AWT in August. The lift pump was triggered by hand momentarily and the pipe was barely dripping by the time we got out to the ditch. The riprap was clean. Earler problems mentioned were a float issue and a connector on the UV, both of which were resolved by AWf'. Access Notes: 112 socket for pod, Allen wrench for tanks.
