Wetland W1 is a linear wetland within a topographic crenulation that is fed by multiple hillside seeps. W1 was observed
in August 2016 and in February 2017. During August 2016 wetland vegetation was observed throughout W1. The feature
is piped under two abandoned unpaved roads and loses wetland characteristics after the second stormwater pipe.

W1 receives hydrology from multiple hillside seeps. The water table was observed at 6" and
saturation was observed at the surface. Shallow surface water was observed in portions of the
wetland.

The wetland area is dominated by a mix of herbaceous plants (Microstegium vimineum and
Boehmeria cylindrica), not observed in the upland areas.
