want to let YOU know, however, that this project is not required to obtain coverage under the NCGO1 permit. This is
becaUse.4.0 C.E.R 1 2 2..,.Z.6(c)(1)(iii) exempts the following permittees from the requirement to obtain NPDES permits:

water from an oil or gas exploration, production, processing, or treatment operation,

This project is still Subject to all of the requirements that are included in the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan approval
and the Post -Construction permit that have already been issued by the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources.
