Also, on -site was Matt Mullins with Currituck County Schools and Randall Marr with EnviroTech. The middle pump in the chemical feed room was burnt and no longer working. Let us know when the pump has been replaced. The staff gauge was hard to read in the infiltraton basin. The freeboard in the basin shall be recorded weekly and measured to the nearest inch or tenth of a foot. For more information on thi5look in the current permit number 6, section IV. Monitoring and Reporting Requirement. MW-2 and PZ-3 was observed locked and tagged. Keep grass mowed around wells for easier access for inspecting and sampling. Also, look at the questions following this summary for more details. The facility is in noncompliance at the time of inspection due to monthly exceedences of Total Nitrate Nitrogen. The School board is currently working with the Engineering firm, EnviroTech and the ORC with EnviroTech to keep this parameter down under the limit.
