The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Arapahoe WWTF on
9/07/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0014550. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report

Inspection Summary
On September 7, 2019, Sarah Toppen and Randy Sipe with NCDEQ DWR met on -site with Phillip Nanney, ORC of the
camp.
This was a post Hurricane Dorian visit and the facility is currently under a Special Order by Consent (SOC). The facility had
pumped and hauled the appropriate amount from the lagoon before the storm and had the minimum of 12 inches of freeboard
available. During the visit power had not been restored, but no campers were on -site at the time of inspection.
