Hey Wyatt,

Ross Sullivan and I conducted a site visit with you at the above referenced property on June 26, 2019 to
verify the limits of any potentially jurisdictional waters of the United States (WoUS) within the project
area. I have determined that the revised delineation map that you provided to me on July 7, 2019
entitled "Barbour Tract Preliminary Wetland Map Revised 7-1-19" accurately depicts the limits of any
potentially jurisdictional WoUS within the project area.

I will issue the Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination for this project in the order that it was received,
but please note that I have a substantial backlog of permits and JDs to work through at this time and it
may take several months. However, please note that delineation concurrence is more than sufficient for
any required permitting under section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
