Inspection Summary:
The Inspector intended to do a Compliance inspection at the facility. Upon her arrival, she determined that the facility was
under new ownership with a new name and that work was not being done with salvaged parts removal from wrecked cars.
The new owner, Mr. Hatto (910-922-2888/ [e-mail] ) said that this type of work may be initiated within 1 to 2 years.
He was informed that he would need to obtain coverage under General Permit NCG100000 prior to doing so. Following this
inspection, the former owner of this facility, David Soles, was contacted and notified that he needed to send a Rescission
Request Form to the Raleigh Central Office since the permit for his facility is now inactive.
