On July 25, 2019, a site inspection was conducted for the Rolling Frito-Lay Sales Fayetteville DC facility located at 3440
Black and Decker Road, Cumberland County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for
your review. Rich Romero, Fleet Technician was present during the inspection and his time and assistance is greatly
appreciated. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General
Permit NCG080000 under Certificate of Coverage NCG080739. Permit coverage authorizes the discharge of stormwater
from the facility to receiving waters designated as an unnamed tributary of Big Sandy Run (Lake Lynn), a Class C
waterbody in the Cape Fear River Basin.
As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of the NCG080000 permit.

inspection.

Inspection Summary:
Melissa Joyner met with Mr. Rich Romero, Fleet Technician, at the Rolling Frito-Lay Sales LP facility. The Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan was reviewed. It was neatly organized and appeared to include the majority of the information
required by General Permit NCG080000. The site map should indicate the percentage of each drainage area that is
impervious. Also, annually, dated, documentation of the record of no spills or spills per year should be maintained.
The facility's grounds and Outfalls 1 and 2 were reviewed and appeared in good condition. The site is in compliance.
