Site currently holds single family dwelling with turf lawn within the buffer. Closer to
the stream is forested. The general vicinity of the site is primarily single family
residential.

zone 2 buffer for construction equipment and foot traffic to clear trees outside of the
buffer and to build the home.
2. 1012 Norris St - Pier for porch and deck supports: This is requesting (2) 24"x24"
pier footings to be dug and poured within the zone 2 buffer for support of teh
screened porch and deck above

The single family house has been designed and sited to keep the foundation wall
and house footprint outside of the 50' buffer. The exception is (4) piers proposed
within the zone 2 buffer for deck and screened porch support.

Silt Fence and tree protection fencing is proposed to protect the 50' buffer from
equipment traffic and debris.
