Bill Jernigan of MI Engineering and Steve Rowe of JMT followed the R-2574A section with the
R-2574B discussion. The following topics were discussed on this section:
General Comments
• Kyle Barnes (USACE) requested non -jurisdictional waters edge feature lines changed
from blue to black on all sheets to avoid confusion with JS lines and keep consistency
with "A" section.

• Cathy Brittingham (DCM) requested to include Natural Heritage Natural Area boundaries
(NHNA) on the plan sheets containing Great Swamp (PSH06 — PSH13; -L- STA 329+00
to 423+50).
• Kyle Barnes (USACE) requested to show clean water trust easements on plans.
• Cathy Brittingham (DCM) requested to include an explanation for avoidance
minimalization of Rip -Rip Slope Armoring along roadway section through Great Swamp
(PSH06 — PSH13; -L- STA 329+00 to 423+50). It was determined to include this
explanation on the SMP.
o Also show the acreage of wetland impact avoidance for steeping fill slope (2:1 vs
3:1).
General Comments from `A' Section That Apply to `B' Section
It was openly discussed if JS feature labels could match site labels. Current policy /
agreement is to number sites concurrently and not use the JS labels/names from the
natural resource investigation.
Identify each site individually on impact sheet. This includes JS Non-Mit features. The
JS Non-Mit features should be called out as open water impacts within the swamp areas
on the permit impact drawings. Specify each site as mitigable or not in the impact
summary.
