All required information has been submitted for review.
1. Automatic rainfall gauge is mal functioning in January 2003. Daily manual measurements were
recorded. Automatic gauge in operation during February and March 2003,
2. Flow meter malfunction noted on March 17, 2003 for Mag IV site Pivot #3 and Pivot #10. System
design flow rates were used to calculate PAN balance. Flow meter was repaired.
3. No items of noncompliance noted.
