This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0003044. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit WQ0003044. Don Omara, Karrie Omara and Lee Buck were present during the inspection. This facility had it's final start-up inspection in July 2017. The new facility consists of a Fluidyne Integrated Surge Anoxic Mix SBR system. No changes were made to the three LPP fields in the up -grade. The facility is permitted for 55,000 GPD and averages 40,000 GPD in the summer months and 25,000-30,000 GPD in the winter. One train is normally shut down in the winter due to lower flows. Since last inspection, a review of records show no effluent parameter violations and some TDS violations of the monitoring wells. MW-4, MW-5 and MW-6 are all within the review boundary. The Wilmington Regional Office is tracking the non -compliant trends for the need to re-evaluate well locations in the future. The facility is compliant with non -discharge permit WQ0003044. Field parameters are performed by staff, certification #5660, and Environment 1, Inc, certification #10, performs the effluent and monitoring well parameters. Calibration records for the Oaklon pH meter were complete. Nitrates for MW #5 have been back in compliance since November 2017, after start-up of the new plant.
