THIS DEED, made and entered into this 9th day of August, 2013, by and between, RENNEE
G. FIELDS and husband, STEVEN M. FIELDS, of 3004 US Highway 421 South, Siler City, North
Carolina 27344, and FLORENCE TURNER and husband, CHARLES TURNER, of 210 South
Dogwood Avenue, Siler City, North Carolina 27344, parties of the first part; and DELIVERANCE
CHURCH OF CHRIST, DISCIPLES OF CHRIST, a North Carolina Non -Profit Corporation, with its
office and principal place of business at 17935 US Highway 64, Siler City, North Carolina 27344, party of
the second part;
WITNESSETH•
THAT said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS to them paid by said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold and by these presents does bargain, sell
and convey unto said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, that certain tract or parcel of land
in Matthews Township, Chatham County, North Carolina, and described as follows:
BEING all of Lot 1, containing 7.175 Acres, more or less, as described on a Plat entitled
"Final Plat for Owners Renee Fields and Florence Turner", dated July 24, 2012, prepared by Rufus L.
Johnson, PLS, and recorded in Plat Slide 2012-138, Chatham County Registry, to which Plat reference is
hereby made for greater certainty of description.
(1) For chain -of -title, see Deed Book J-Z, Page 15, Chatham County Registry. See also Will of
Ruth Garner Ziglar filed as 12-E-65 with the Chatham County Clerk of Court.
(2) The above described property is subject to any recorded or unrecorded right-of-way for a
Drainage Easement in favor of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, recorded in Book 766,
Page 821, Chatham County Registry.
(3) The above described property is subject to any easements which might now exist in favor
of any Public Utility Company including, but not limited to an easement in favor of Carolina Power &
Moody, Williams, Roper & Lee, LLP

(4) The above described property is subject to a Temporary Construction Easement to County
of Chatham for purposes of installing, constructing, repairing outfalls, manholes and any and all other
devices necessary or useful in the operation of a public wastewater system, recorded in Book 1014, Page
464, Chatham County Registry.
(5) The above described property is subject to a Deed of Easement to County of Chatham for
perpetual easements for the purposes of installing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and repairing
outfalls, manholes, and any and all other devices necessary or useful in operation of a public wastewater
system, recorded in Book 1014, Page 446, Chatham County Registry and as shown on the above
referenced Plat.
(6) The above described property is subject to any matters which a recent and accurate survey
might disclose.
(7) All Chatham County ad valorem taxes on said property are paid through the year 2012;
taxes for the year 2013 shall be pro -rated between the parties hereto.
(8) The above described property is subject to any zoning ordinances for Chatham County.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever in
fee simple.
AND said parties of the first part covenant that they are seized of said land in fee and have the
right to convey the same in fee simple; that the same are free from all encumbrances; and that they will
warrant and defend the title to the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and
seals, the day and year first above written.
