The project site is located at 510 W. Marina Drive, Emerald Isle, Carteret
County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to redevelop an existing marina which would
consist of a 65 slip docking facility, a 270 slip dry storage (with travel lift) a
ship store, restaurant, bathhouse, maintenance facility, eight elevated wooden
parking lots, low pressure sewage treatment, 315' of bulkhead and the
excavation of 17,050 yd of bottom.
