Reference your August 16, 2019 letter: Notice of Deficiency NOD-2019-PC-0183
Dear Sir:
Please find attached Environment 1 lab sheet on Chloride mg/1 147 on 9-16-19 and Total
Dissolved Residue mg/1 362 on 9-17-19. I had monitoring well #9 tested for the above 2
parameters on 9-10-19 and the results were significantly lower on both. All lab sheets
will be forwarded in the future with the GW59 and GW59A Report. Also attached are
copies of June 5, 2019 lab results.
