Hi Kevin,

The City of Raleigh may continue to submit NPDES MS4 permit annual reports under the previously
agreed upon NSW cycle of Oct-Sept.

Please note that when the permit is renewed, the annual reporting cycle will be based upon the
state fiscal year of July 1 – June 30. This requirement will apply to all permitted MS4s, with the
exception of federal facilities that operate on a federal fiscal year.
