I met with Brian Osteen (owner) and Juanita James for the inspection. This system has no pump stations. At one time there was a pump station for an apartment building in the system, but that was eliminated when the apartment building connected to city sewer. The manholes inspected were in very good condition. The system map is up to date and complete. Grease education flyers are being mailed out every 6 months. The spill response plan in the O&M plan could use more information such as 24 hour contact numbers, equipment and spare parts inventory list, and access to cleaning equipment.
