Enclosed for your records, are the March 2019 through July 2019 groundwater samples as required
per Permit No. WV0700114 for the Vista Colony Dewatering Well project. Enclosed is a spreadsheet
of the groundwater sample data for Ammonia Nitrogen, Chlorides, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus,
and Fecal Coliform in addition to the total recorded flows during the months of March 2019 through
July 2019. This sample date was August 20, 2019, due to the fact that the original samples from July
2019 were contaminated.
