I reviewed the PJD package for R-5832 and would like to conduct a site visit. Are you available on November 13, 14, 15,
or 19?

I don't know how Kevin is going to handle JD site visits for Division 11, but as the DEO (and because Div 11 requested the
PJD), he'll decide if NCDOT's consultant is present/invited if we need to conduct a site visit for any JD. I always
recommend that the consultant is there during a site visit in case there are any questions, to locate certain areas, etc.,
but again, Div 11 will decide.

This is a little different than doing work for a private landowner/applicant where the consultant is the main POC for an
action and deals with the regulator on a daily basis (and the applicant doesn't deal with the regulator at all (usually)).
For NCDOT, I'll let Kevin know if I have any questions about the package and/or need a site visit, then he'll coordinate
with you if he needs/wants to. It will work this way if you do any work with Division 13, as well. And it should work this
way if you work for the Central Office. This also applies to applications (PCNs and IPs).

Merger is a little different, but NCDOT will be your main POC for questions about basic Merger procedures, how to
submit information, etc.
