In response to the NOD listed above, and particularly Condition 3, the Town has diligently been addressing
its llon exceedances for quite sometime. We have corrected issues we have found in regards to
Iniiltration:'Inflow (I&I) and continue to address these as we find others problems. The Northampton Public
Works System also effects our Sewer system as we take wastewater and their own I & I problems. Over
time the Northampton PWKS has corrected some of their issues that effect our system but , they still have
problems ongoing at this time, particularly from the Castside Community outside the Jackson city limits.
We are continuing to work together to address these issues as we have a good working relationship in our
County. We realize Our system is old , and we Will continually correct problems as we encounter and
investigate these issues,
In response to Condition 11, the Town has contacted Environment 1, the entity that performs analysis on
our samples that we submit pertaining to TP (Total Phosphorous).
