Inspection Summary:
On September 12, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I was unable to meet with any facility personnel. During
the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Uncovered dumpsters were observed on site. Facility personnel are directed to provide covers for all dumpslers on site in
accordance with the No Exposure Certification.
2) used pallets were observed on site in areas exposed to precipitation. the permittee is directed to dispose of, or relocate
all used pallets to areas where they are not exposed to precipitation.
Please give the above items your immediate attention. This facility will be re -inspected on or after October 23, 2019. If the
above items have not been addressed, further action will be taken.
