This inspection was conducted to determine whether the facility is being operated and mainatined in compliance with Permit No. WQ0035576. Brad Joyner was present and assisted in the inspection. Currently BRWA contracts Southern Soil Builders to distribute their Class A product to local farm lands. Distribution events generally only occur about once a year. One pond is allowed to dry while the other is in use. Mr. Joyner indicated due to their new sludge wasting practices, they are filling the alum ponds quicker and may need to distribute more often in the future. 2019 Distribution records will be reviewed in the annual report submittal in 2020.
