Enclosed you will find the report for the compliance inspection that was conducted on September
17, 2019. The treatment and disposal systems appear to be operating satisfactorily. The system
appears to be in compliance with the permit. The MRO would like to thank Mr. Lynn Aldridge
(ORC) for his time during this inspection.
The attached inspection report should be self-explanatory. However, should you have any

Inspection Summary:
On September 17, 2019, MRO staff performed a Compliance Evluation Inspection under permit WQ0002001.
The ORC will be sending a copy of the 2019 Soils Report to the MRO office via email.
The site appeared to be in good condition. Signs were observed to be present at the Spray Field boundaries and the site is
typically isolated from public access.
The effluent pump will be calculated by the ORC to verify the pump is within the 10% flow range as required by the permit.
Overall, the site was found to be compliant with the permit.

Comment: Elevated Fecal Coliform was reported in MW -1. This may be due to a sampling
error. Historical
groundwater data does not indicated elevated Fecal Coliform bacteria being
present in this well.
It was requested that the ORC bail the well and then wait 24 hrs before re -sampling the well.
No treatemnt units have been bypassed for this site.
