We find the plan to be acceptable and hereby issue this Letter of Plan Approval. If any modifications, performance reservations, or recommendations are applicable, a list is enclosed and incorporated as a part of this letter of approval. If any modifications are not incorporated into the plan and implemented in the field, the site will beinviolation of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance of Lincoln County. This plan approval shall expire two (2) years following the date of approval, if no land -disturbing activity has been undertaken, as is required by Lincoln County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control 0*dimam*a Section Q(b).
