The issuance letter with instructions on how to obtain the permit was sent out last year. A copy is
attached. No one ever requested the renewal COC online for this site.
The website for renewal COCs has been restricted recently because I'm working on preparing another round of
renewals. But I can make it available from now through Tuesday morning until 9 AM for you to request
it. Please do this as soon as possible. Here is the link to it:

I'm Evan Rubins with the City of Conover, NC, in Catawba County. I am
the ORC of the Conover NEWWTP
Conover had a Stormwater permit issued on May 31, 2018.
Could you send me a copy off the permit, or let me know who can help me?
Mike Fox was ORC and handled that permit but he has retired and I can't find a copy.
