Hi Sue:
Not for mitigation but I looked at it anyway. The project looks OK to me. Spot bank stabilization and habitat
improvement, with some small areas of thalweg relocation. WRC appears to think that the work will improve trout
habitat. It is listed as trout waters, but WRC says the habitat is marginal in its current condition.
