Tammy, the 25th of March at your time convenience is fine for us for the site
visit. With regards to the monitoring reports, each report was sent by the
Engineer, The LPA Group, to both the NCDWQ and the US Army Corps of Engineers in
the Washington, NC offices. I would assume you can obtain the copies you need from
your Washington NC office. The engineer has completed the five years on the first
mitigation site, Rwy 2 Safety Area and the third of the five-year requirment on the
Taxiway realignment project.
I look forward to seeing you on the 25th!

Hello, Carolyn! Thank you for working with me to coordinate a site visit at the
Pitt-Greenville Airport.
Our files contain mitigation plans and permitting documents for the two areas of
interest, which provided mitigation for impacts related to Runway 2 safety
improvements and Taxiway A realignment. If any monitoring was done after the
mitigation projects were permitted and implemented, I would appreciate receiving
copies of results if they are available.
I am looking at the afternoon of Wednesday March 25 for a site visit. Since both
areas are relatively small, I think that 3 hours (1:30 to 4:30pm) should provide
us with plenty of time to see them. Please let me know if this works for you.
If not, I would be glad to schedule another time that is more convenient for you.
