DMR Report Non -Compliance September 2018 - Missing data due to Hurricane. Hurricane ITIorence hit on 9/13/18. There was limited and no access due to flooding and/or heavy winds until9/20/18. October 2018 - NOV and Assessment of Civil Penalty - Fecal Coliform Frequency Violation. Compliance Evaluation Inspections • There were no compliance inspections in 2018 III.
