Dear Mr. Curl:
Ron Boone, of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Winston-Salem Regional Office
(WSRO), visited the Hidden Valley Estates Collection System on September 17th, 2019, to perform a
Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI). The assistance and cooperation of Fred Curl Jr., operator of
the collection system, was greatly appreciated. Details of the inspection are recorded on the attached
EPA Water Compliance Inspection Report.
You're reminded that, in accordance with NC General Statute 143-215.6A, failure to comply
with all conditions of the NC regulations that govern collection systems subjects the owner to civil
penalties not to exceed $25,000.00 per violation, per day.

Permittee should be sure to always keep a copy of 15A NCAC 02T .0400 thru .0403 on hand to use as the operations and
maintenance part of the O&M Plan.
It is noted that the development and system are up for sale. If a sale occurs please be sure to notify the Division so we can
update ownership information in our database.
No discrepancies or violations were noted during the inspection.
