Hopefully you received our resubmittal last week. If you have any questions or comments that I can answer as you
review, please don't hesitate to call or reply. I know that you guys get 30-45 days to review, but hoping that based on
the context of your previous comments, that the solutions/answers provided would suffice and you be able to approve
sooner than the typical review period.
If that is not the case, I wanted to see what other options we might could pursue such that the Town would feel
comfortable signing off on the zoning permit. Even if an email from you explaining "that the process may take 30-45
days, however there is no apparent reason that we couldn't meet the standards applicable to the site".... etc. or
something. Currently, they are holding the zoning permit, which holds the building permit, which is holding up funding
for the project. This being a tax credit project, my clients unfortunately risk losing the tax credits which would be
detrimental to the project. I am not trying to pressure or request any special treatment, etc., but simply letting you
know what constraints I am up against and to start planning for the possibility that your review does extend to 30 — 45
days. Again, if you see that being the case, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss over the phone so that
we could discuss some instrument that I could get to the Town to make them comfortable to release the Zoning Permit.

1) New signature pages will not be necessary unless some information needed to be corrected on the signature
pages (Which I don't believe is the case).
2) You are correct in only sending in the updated sheets.

I uploaded everything yesterday. I wanted to confirm 2 questions/items before bringing the hard copies.
1. There were pages of the application that were revised per your comments, I only reprinted and submitted pages
1-4 to accompany the previously submitted and executed application. Let me know if we need to submit all
pages and all original signatures again.
2. We had previously sent in a complete set of plans, many sheets you probably don't care for or need, and your
responses said, "2 copies of the revised plan sheets", so I had literally only included new copies of C 1.6 —
Grading and Storm Drainage Plan and C 2.8 — Stormwater Details as they were the only sheets that were revised
due to your comments.
Please let me know if I need to revise what was uploaded and change up what I am proposing to print for hard copies.
