We plan to replace two failing pipes in Madison County. Each will be extended by five feet and concrete headwalls will
replace the existing laid rock headwalls. The projects are covered by the USACE NWP #3 for maintenance and qualify as
non -notifying. Therefore, I am providing you with copies of the Notification of Work in Trout Watersheds Form for each
project.
