Inspection Summary:
A site visit was performed on 9/18/19 by R. Sipe w/ WaRO-WQROS. The purpose of the visit was to perform a walk through
of the components of the wastewater treatment and disposal system covered under Permit # WQ0039488 prior to the initial
startup of the system. The walk through was performed w/ Sean Roby, the engineer that is certifying the system, and David
Credle, Camden County Public Works Dircetor, who will also be the ORC for the system. During the walkt hrough all the
components covered under the permit were reviewed and found to be present. Mr. Robey stated that will be certifying that
the treatment and disposal system was constructed per the design plans and specifications and is operational. Based on
the results of the site visit and the engineer's certification, the system is free to start operations.
