Please see the attached inspection report, I recommend issuing the new permit with the same monitoring parameters. I
also recommend adding a footnote in the analytical section regarding the 15 minute holding time for pH analysis. Some
people are still taking pH samples to a lab for analysis. Please call if questions.

I sent you the drafts and associated information for NCS000163, NCS000311, NC5000321, and NCS000514 on August
16th. I forwarded that specific email to Chris at 6:59am this morning. I am preparing the remaining site (NCS000596,
NCS000339, NCS000259, NCS000183, NCS000096, NCS000037) documents to be sent this morning. You should not need
these things from me to do the inspections though, they are only necessary for the permit reviews. We do not put draft
permits in Laserfiche, only the finals. I just need a standard industrial stormwater inspection. I have attached the
inspection form Thad, Mike, and Isaiah use.
