Enclosed you will find the report for the compliance inspection that was conducted on September
17, 2019. The treatment and disposal systems appear to be operating satisfactorily. The system
appears to be in compliance with the permit.
As discussed on site during the inspection, the potential future addition of non -domestic
wastewater flow from a separate source such as a restaurant would require a permit modification.
The attached inspection report should be self-explanatory. However, should you have any

Comment: The flow meter has not been calibrated within the last year. However, it was mentioned during
the site visit that flow can be calculated and the calculated flow could be checked to determine if
the calculated flow was within the 10% error alotted for the flow meter and therefore, within the
permit. The ORC will provide the calculated flow to the MRO.

Comment: Disinfection is obtained by UV. The UV treatemnt system was reviewed durina the site visit. The

Comment: GW was elevated for Fecal Coliform. This could be the results of a sample collection error.
The
GW was low in the wells at the time of the sampling event. The ORC was instructed to bail the
well and wait 24 hours for the well to recovery prior to sampling.
The 2019 soils report will be sent to MRO by email.
