This report details the hydrologic and vegetation monitoring activities over the past year at the sites, which were first monitored in 1996. . A meeting to discuss this and other sites evaluated by the Raleigh and Asheville Regulatory Offices has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 16,2000 at 1 :OOpm in Room 470 of the Transportation Building.
