Dear Mr. Yi:
On September 4, 2019, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the subject
facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance
with permit requirements and conditions. It was noted during the subject inspection that Chain -of -Custody
forms were not being stored on -site and were being kept at Charlotte Labs. At time of inspection, the
operation staff made arrangements to transfer this data to the WWTP for storage. Please note that in
accordance with your NPDES Permit NC0085359, Part II, Section D, this information should be kept on -site
and readily accessible for review. Other than the above noted deficiency, this facility appeared to be well
operated and maintained. We wish to thank the operating staff for their assistance regarding this
inspection.
