On September 22, 2009, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated
September 17, 2009 for the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application
was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. Please provide the following
so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Application fee missing: Water Quality Certification 3705 states: "Id. Total stream impacts
equal to or greater than 150 linear feet of intermittent and/or perennial stream to be filled,
culverted, rip rapped, or relocated, including temporary and/or permanent impacts" require
written approval from the DWQ and that requires a permitting fee. This project cannot be
accepted as a Courtesy Copy.
The fee for applications is now $240 for projects impacting less than an acre of wetland and less
than 150 linear feet of streams (whether intermittent or perennial). For projects impacting one or
more acres of wetland or 150 linear feet of streams (whether intermittent or perennial), the fee is
$570.
Please remit $570.00 made payable to Division of Water Quality (DWQ).
