The project will require peak flow matching the pre -development discharge rate for the one year, 24 hour storm event as noted in the Phase II requirements because it is a Phase 11 tipped county. Please revise your design and calculations accordingly. 2. There is a possibility you may be able to revise your design to eliminate the sand media and underdrain system if you can meet the requirements of 15A NCAC 02H .1008 . 3. The SHWT elevation was not clear in the soils report provided. Please have the report corrected to provide the information in the area where the proposed bio-retention cell is located. 4. In reference to the possibility of purchasing additional property off site to reduce the total impervious, after some discussion in the office, this does not seem reasonable if the property is already in a conservation easement it does not seem appropriate, additionally this option is only made available in water supply watersheds. 5. In reference to reducing the disturbed area, a permit is not required for a project that does not require an erosion control permit. Please consider this a formal additional information request.
