Please find enclosed three copies of the Annual Land Application Report Forms and Laboratory Analysis
Reports as required by Permit Number WQ0013276 issued to New England Fertilizer Company
(NEFCO). This permit provides for the distribution of heat -dried biosolids produced by NEFCO at the
processing facility located in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
The attachments include analytical data for NEFCO's class A EQ biosolids during year 2014 for:
- Baseline metals, nutrients and nitrogen. The monthly composite samples were analyzed by
Thornton Labs, in Tampa, FL
- Fecal coliform. The monthly grab samples were analyzed by Geo Labs, in Braintree, MA
- TCLP. The annual composite sample was analyzed by Geo Labs, in Braintree, MA
During 2014 NEFCO shipped 328 dry tons of Class A EQ biosolids to the state of North Carolina. All
product was managed by Soils Plus, Greenville, NC and'was used for agricultural land -application.
