NCG060276 — Duplin County — 7/12/16 Duplin Winery Processing Facility, inspection on 4/25/16 revealed that there are
two permits for duplin winery. One is for the restaurant, which is not really in our scope in my opinion. I think they
might be mixed up in the permit numbers. I will dig into this in the afternoon.
NCG100120— Onslow County— 8/16/16 Inspection entered into BIMS, did not send to owner. Holley Snider emailed
you on 10/26/16
NCGNE1121— Brunswick County — I spoke with the Caraustar representative. I inspected the outside of the facility and
there is no process or storage of materials outside. I failed to put it into bims.
I am finding I am deficient in knowing how to report to you and central office. On a rescission or NE, how do you want
me to respond, email with inspection report? Does it go straight to you or Bradley Bennett?

I have several rescission requests that I've sent to Dan but don't know the status. Please see list below:
NCG060276 — Duplin County — 7/12/16
NCG 100120 — Onslow County — 8/16/16
NCGNE1121— Brunswick County —just re'cd and noticed that the no exposure application came into our office 4/2016
but doesn't look like this was inspected and now the company is requesting a rescission when this was never made
active or denied.
Since several of these requests are older I'm expecting to hear from the permittees since I know invoices will go out
again.
