We've received an NOI from Watauga Wood Products, Inc for their proposed facility in Boone,
Watauga County. The receiving stream would be Big Ditch (C; NSW). The site discharges
stormwater to a UT of Howards Creek(C;`Tr, H¢W). The NOI is attached.
Does the Winston Salem Regional Office have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC
for this general permit, and are there any potential impacts to wetlands? If we do not hear
back from you, we'll issue the COC in 30 days.
